  • No snacking.
  • No desserts.
  • No gourmet coffees. Only black.
  • More tea.
  • More leafy greens.
  • Half a cup of rice.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Exercise, err… Walk more. Take the stairs.

    1. I need my daily caffeine fix. So sluggish without it. 😮 Pero wag na fancy gourmet coffee, or even 3-in-1 (100 calories den the latter, sugar free is 27!). Black lang, 4 calories only. 😉
